Senior Product Owner / Delivery Lead
Experience: 5–8 years (product ownership primary, project/delivery management secondary)
Core Responsibilities
Primary (70%): Product Ownership
Own product roadmap for assigned solution/module. Define requirements, success metrics, and prioritize based on customer/business value.
Conduct discovery with customers and internal teams. Translate needs into detailed specs/acceptance criteria.
Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate roadmap rationale, and escalate misalignments early.
Secondary (30%): Project Delivery (as needed)
Track sprint/project progress, unblock teams, manage scope. Own “ship on-time, on-quality” when PM capacity is stretched.
Coordinate across eng, sales, ops on delivery timelines.
Plus (if present): Work Management & DevOps Exposure
Comfortable with Azure DevOps / work tracking tools. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Can speak intelligently about dev velocity, build quality, and deployment frequency.

You can wear the PM hat when sprints slip or new fires emerge
Must-Haves
4+ years primary PO experience (shipped 2+ features end-to-end)
Can write clear requirement/spec documents
Comfortable saying no to stakeholders
Willing to flex into delivery/PM work as project demands
Nice-to-Haves
D365 / Microsoft stack exposure
DevOps / work management tool experience (ADO, Jira, etc.)
Enterprise software background
Basic SQL / dashboard literacy
Compensation
₹18–24 L annually (based on experience depth and domain expertise)
₹1 L joining bonus if onboard within 1 month
